Throughout these Terms and Conditions, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cosmic Gifts Ltd trading as Laila Musk.

These terms apply to purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

2. Our Products

We sell eau de parfum, perfume oils, fragrance discovery sets and related products.

We aim to describe our fragrances accurately, including their size, ingredients where applicable and scent characteristics.

Please read the product information carefully before ordering. Fragrance preferences and how a scent develops on the skin can vary between individuals.

We may update our product range, but any changes will not affect the legal rights associated with orders already accepted.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgement by email.

Your order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been dispatched.

All products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken for items we cannot supply.

If we discover a pricing or product-information error before accepting your order, we will contact you to explain your options.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes.

The total cost, including delivery charges, will be shown before you complete checkout.

Payment must be made using an accepted payment method displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom.

Standard UK delivery costs £3.99 for orders below £50. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Times are estimates rather than guarantees.

Unless otherwise agreed, we will deliver your order within 30 days.

We are responsible for your goods until you, or someone you nominate, receives them, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving your goods to cancel your order without giving a reason.

You must then return the eligible goods within a further 14 days.

Certain legal exceptions may apply, including genuinely personalised products and qualifying hygiene-sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery.

Your rights concerning faulty, damaged or incorrectly described goods remain protected by law.

7. Personalised Orders and Wedding Favours

Some products may be personalised with names, dates or other customer-requested details.

Please check all personalisation information carefully before approving an order.

Clearly personalised or made-to-specification products may not qualify for the usual change-of-mind cancellation right.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

8. Perfume Bar Bookings

Our Perfume Bar services for weddings, parties and corporate events may be subject to separate booking terms and an event agreement provided before a booking is confirmed.

The applicable quotation, payment arrangements, cancellation terms and event details will be explained as part of that booking process.

Nothing in those arrangements excludes any statutory rights that apply.

Changes will apply prospectively and will not retrospectively alter the terms of an order already accepted, unless legally permitted and agreed.
