At Laila Musk, we want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

1. Returns and Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase a product through our website, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email lailamusk@outlook.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the eligible items.

You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.

2. How to Return an Item

Please contact us before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate returns address and instructions.

Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service and ensuring that products are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

Contacting us for return instructions does not extend or restrict your statutory rights.

3. Perfumes, Perfume Oils and Discovery Sets

We recommend inspecting your fragrance carefully before using it.

Where a product is genuinely sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons and is legally unsuitable for return once unsealed, the statutory right to cancel may be lost if the seal is broken after delivery.

However, this exception does not automatically apply to every opened perfume or perfume oil.

For eligible returns, we may make a deduction for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, where permitted by law.

These provisions do not affect your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at lailamusk@outlook.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide your order number and, where available, photographs showing the problem.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have legal rights if goods are faulty, not as described or not of satisfactory quality.

You generally have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and may have further rights to a repair, replacement or refund afterward, depending on the circumstances.

Where a return is required because of a fault or an error on our part, we will cover reasonable return postage costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

There is no 48-hour deadline for reporting faulty products that would remove your legal rights.

5. Personalised Products and Wedding Favours

Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including certain custom-labelled wedding favours, are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right.

Please check all names, dates and other personalisation details carefully before approving your order.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected if a personalised product is faulty, damaged or not as described.

6. Sale and Promotional Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion are covered by the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

7. Refunds

For eligible cancellations, we will refund the cost of the returned products.

If you cancel an entire eligible order, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge paid, where applicable. Additional amounts paid for express or premium delivery are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

We will process refunds without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.

We do not charge a restocking fee for statutory cancellations.

8. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to purchase a different fragrance, please contact us about returning an eligible item and place a new order separately.
