Refund policy
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and oils), we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items in their original condition and packaging.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Please email us at lailamusk@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item appears used, opened, or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Opened perfumes or oils
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Please Note:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lailamusk@outlook.com
- Include photos of the issue in your email.
- We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
